MAXWELD Engineering is a specialized engineering consultancy based in El Jadida, Morocco, providing thermal design, procurement support, quality assurance, and fabrication oversight for corrosion-resistant equipment in the chemical and petrochemical industries. Our mission: help clients optimize costs, timelines, and quality through technical integrity and independent oversight.

MAXWELD’s founding engineers have contributed directly to ASME Section VIII Div. 1 U-Stamp certification programmes at major manufacturing facilities in Morocco, bringing that operational knowledge into every design review and quality oversight engagement.

Our team includes an International Welding Engineer (IWE) with over 10 years of experience in pressure vessels, and a partner certified ASNT Level III for Non-Destructive Testing.

Quality & Compliance

Our Quality Control procedures are strictly guided by ASME standards. We provide comprehensive Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and full certification follow-ups for every component within our design and quality oversight scope, ensuring compliance with international safety benchmarks.

Material Sourcing

We provide independent vendor evaluation and procurement support for raw and semi-finished materials — including mill certificate review, material traceability verification, and vendor qualification — without a commercial relationship with any supplier. Our team has deep expertise evaluating exotic alloys: Zecor, Seramet, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, VDM alloys, Titanium, Zirconium, Tantalum, and Niobium.
